Clean-and-jerks and burpees go together like, well, we’d say peanut butter and chocolate, but really we mean anything that’s challenging and painful and ultimately worth it. This week’s WOD is three sets of 8-6-4-2, with the weights for power clean-and-jerks and the difficulty of the burpees increasing each round. To truly push yourself, aim to go unbroken.

8-6-4-2:

  • Power Clean-and-Jerks (95/65 pounds)
  • Burpees

8-6-4-2:

  • Power Clean-and-Jerks (115/75 pounds)
  • Burpees Over the Bar

8-6-4-2:

  • Power Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 pounds)
  • Burpee Pull-Ups
