AMRAP in 12 minutes:
- 20 Unbroken Double-Unders
- 10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (as heavy as possible)
- 20-calorie Row
Every time you break on the double-unders, complete a burpee before continuing. Try to go all-out on row.
